Unfortunatly being in the military we must go where they want us to, and they have chosen Japan. Therefore we will not be taking in anymore owner turn ins or strays. We will gladly try to help place your pet through curtosy listings or through other local rescues.

D.O.G.S., Inc. is a small 501 c 3 non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference for neglected, abused and unwanted animals. We rescue dogs (and puppies) from "death row" at various shelters, get all vetting done and help them to find forever homes.
We also have a small cat program. We take up to 4-6 cats at a time. All of our cats are fully vetted and are placed in Petsmart Adoption Center in Morehead City for a few weeks at a time to look for forever homes. We are located in Havelock, NC. We work with many other rescues in our area and abroad to achieve our goals to help as many dogs as we can.
